Yes. Your TABC seller-server certification belongs to you personally, not your employer. As long as it is still within its two-year validity period, it transfers with you to any restaurant, bar, or retail job in Texas.
When you change jobs you simply give your new manager a copy of your current TABC certificate — you do not retake the course just because you switched employers. The card is yours until it expires (two years from the issue date).
If you took your course with Food Handlers of Texas, you can log in 24/7 to reprint your certificate for free — handy when a new employer asks for a copy on day one. If your card has expired, you will need to retake the short course to get a current one.
